40 Boynton Road
40 Boynton is a 4 bed, 3 bath side entrance colonial located in Medford, MA. This project included both interior and exterior renovations.
Our interior renovations touched every portion of the home. On the first floor, we removed several smaller walls to created a more open-concept layout between the living room, kitchen and dining room. Additionally, we reconfigured the layout of the kitchen, built a new half bath and created a herringbone accent wall in the dining room. The basement and second floor were fully renovated as well.
Outside, we performed siding repair, applied new paint and built a new outdoor deck for the primary bedroom.
