Boston Triple Decker

Prior to the commencement of this project, this triple decker had been left uninhabited since the 80’s. We were greeted by bare walls, dusty subfloors, dry plumbing pipes and no electricity. Undeterred, we put on our tool belts and got to work.

This project was a top-to-bottom rehab. Virtually no part of the building was left untouched. We performed repairs and improvements to the building’s exterior, basement, common hallway, roof and three apartment units.

We partnered with tradesmen across the professional spectrum including: plumbers, electricians, masons, HVAC technicians, floor specialists, excavators, tile workers and the list goes on. It was a great collaboration with all of our subcontractors.

The triple decker is now home to three one-bedroom units. The pictures below feature the second floor unit.
